Financial Advisor / Financial Planner
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to clients, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and risk management.
- Manage and grow an existing book of business while actively seeking new client opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review financial plans, investment portfolios, and performance.
- Develop and implement customized financial strategies and plans based on clients’ individual needs and goals.
- Stay current on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the firm’s team of professionals to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of fiduciary care and adhere to the firm’s compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial advisor or planner with an RIA or similar financial services environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation is preferred, other relevant designations (CFA, CPA, etc.) are a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing a book of business and developing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems.
Job Details:
- Full-time, in Saratoga Springs, NY office
- Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00
