Client Service Associate "CSA"
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors and the Director of Client Services, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing client communications.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update client records in the firm’s CRM system (Salesforce).
- Prepare and process account paperwork, including transfers, distributions, and other transactions.
- Monitor and follow up on pending client requests and outstanding issues.
- Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and other financial institutions to resolve client account issues.
- Assist with the preparation of client reviews, presentations, and financial planning documents.
- Schedule and assist with preparation for prospect and client meetings.

Qualifications:
- Experience at an investment firm or financial advisor - 3 years
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Outstanding organizational abilities and adeptness at multitasking, meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in strategizing, prioritizing, coordinating, and successfully managing multiple projects concurrently.
Job Details - Full-time, in Saratoga Springs, NY office
- Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00
- The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
