Client Service Associate "CSA"


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors and the Director of Client Services, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing client communications.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update client records in the firm’s CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Prepare and process account paperwork, including transfers, distributions, and other transactions.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending client requests and outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and other financial institutions to resolve client account issues.
  • Assist with the preparation of client reviews, presentations, and financial planning documents.
  • Schedule and assist with preparation for prospect and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience at an investment firm or financial advisor - 3 years
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and adeptness at multitasking, meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in strategizing, prioritizing, coordinating, and successfully managing multiple projects concurrently.
Job Details
  • Full-time, in Saratoga Springs, NY office
  • Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00
  • The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, retirement plan – available after you pass your 90-day introductory period.
  • Bonus structure is in place for the team’s production milestones.
  • Training is provided for your specific responsibilities.
